How to Submit Feedback 如何提交反馈
Click on eSupport
点击“eSupport”
Click on New Ticket
选择“New Ticket”
Select ticket Category
选择反馈类别
Fill in the Feedback form, attach photos if necessary. Tick “Confirm” and Submit
填写反馈资料,如有需要也可以附上照片。然后点击提交
Click Yes to Submit the ticket
点击”Yes”提交反馈表格
Notification will be sent to you once management updated the ticket status, click on Open Tickets for details
您可在Open Ticket 查询反馈的状态,管理处更新状态后,您将收到系统通知
Click ticket to view details
点击您所提交的反馈来查看详细资料
Check on Activity Log for the replies from management, Click on Attachment icon to view image
查看管理处的回复,点击附件查看照片
Click “Add Note” to reply management
如有需要回复管理处,可点击 “Add Note”
You will get alert once management resolved the ticket.
Click on Close Tickets for details.
