How to Raise Feedback
Click on eSupport
Click on New Ticket
Select ticket Category
Message to Management.
Tick to Confirm and Submit.
Click Yes to Submit the ticket
System will alert once Management updated the ticket status.
Click on Open Tickets for details
Click ticket to view details
Message and Picture from Management
Click on the Attachment icon to view the picture
Click on Add Note to reply to Management.
Type your message and click Submit
You will get alert once management resolved the ticket.
Click on Close Tickets for details.
